RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy
Not, quite right? That’s OK. You can return online purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below.
Regular-Priced Merchandise
- Within 14 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
- Returns or exchanges on washed, worn or damaged items will not be valid. All original tags must be attached.
- If you return your items in-store, we can process an exchange or issue you a merchandise credit.
Sale Merchandise
- All marked-down items are final sales and are not eligible for refunds/exchanges.
All accessories are final sale items.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Igloobaby. If for any reason you are not, please contact us promptly at [email protected]. If you need to exchange clothing due to an incorrect size, we will be happy to assist you. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the return is due to our error. We encourage you to ask any sizing questions before making a purchase to avoid disappointment.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email for authorization prior to shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused upon delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice and ship the item(s) back to:

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the package delivery date, and the items must be in their original, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
ORDER LIMITATIONS
IGLOOBABY reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to reject any order you place with us, and/or-or to limit quantities in any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or by the telephone number provided at a point of sale.
If IGLOOBABY initially accepts an order and afterwards, before accepting your payment or shipping the same, decides in its sole and absolute discretion, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, we will notify you accordingly and, as may be applicable, refund in full or in part, any payment you may have advanced to us or authorized us to process without any penalties or deductions.
